Realidad aumentada en narrativas de marca: revisión de alcance sobre presencia, inmersión y recuerdo

Resumen

La realidad aumentada (RA) superpone objetos y mensajes digitales al entorno físico, pero presencia, inmersión, actitud y recuerdo representan resultados distintos. Esta revisión de alcance, orientada por JBI y reportada conforme a PRISMA-ScR, mapeó la evidencia disponible hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2025 sobre RA en experiencias y narrativas de marca. Cuatro consultas históricas en Crossref recuperaron 200 registros; 171 fueron únicos y 115 potencialmente pertinentes. Se evaluaron 38 informes y se incluyeron 15. La síntesis separó memoria directa, mecanismos experienciales y evidencia narrativa o transmedia. Solo un experimento midió el recuerdo de marca como desenlace central y encontró una ventaja de la RA condicionada por la presentación conjunta de productos, sin ventaja cuando se mostraron individualmente. Un experimento de relato de marca con 83 participantes mostró mayor flujo y efectos indirectos sobre actitud y asociaciones, principalmente mediante control y foco atencional, pero no demostró recuerdo diferido. La evidencia fue más consistente para presencia, curiosidad, atención, inspiración, activación y cercanía con la marca. Esos mecanismos no produjeron siempre mejores actitudes; familiaridad, secuencia, calidad de implementación, agencia y carga de interacción modificaron los resultados. La evidencia transmedia fue escasa y predominantemente descriptiva. La RA no puede considerarse un amplificador universal del recuerdo: su valor depende de integrar contenido, interacción y contexto de manera coherente.
