Ciudadanía digital y respuesta docente frente al acoso escolar y el ciberacoso: revisión de alcance sobre prevención, búsqueda de ayuda y salvaguardas

Introducción: El acoso escolar y el ciberacoso se entrelazan con las relaciones presenciales, las normas de pares y la confianza en los adultos. Objetivo: Mapear la evidencia publicada hasta el 15 de mayo de 2026 sobre componentes, resultados, mecanismos y salvaguardas de estrategias escolares que integran ciudadanía digital y respuesta docente frente al acoso y el ciberacoso. Métodos: Se realizó una revisión de alcance orientada por JBI y reportada con PRISMA-ScR. Se evaluaron 48 informes y se incluyeron 20 fuentes mediante rastreo adicional en OpenAlex, PubMed, DOI y fuentes institucionales. Se extrajeron contexto, diseño, componentes, actores, desenlaces, mecanismos, salvaguardas y limitaciones. Resultados: Los metaanálisis muestran reducciones promedio pequeñas en victimización y perpetración, con heterogeneidad alta. La ciudadanía digital aparece dentro de paquetes que combinan empatía, comunicación, habilidades sociales, apoyo parental y políticas escolares, por lo que su efecto específico no puede aislarse. La confianza en docentes, el clima de apoyo y la autoeficacia se relacionan con búsqueda de ayuda y defensa por observadores. Las prácticas restaurativas pueden favorecer relaciones y clima, pero la evidencia causal es limitada y la mediación forzada es inadecuada cuando existe desequilibrio de poder. Conclusiones: Una estrategia responsable articula currículo, respuesta docente, participación estudiantil, política, reporte, apoyo y derivación. Debe medir por separado victimización, perpetración, observadores, clima y ayuda, e interpretar un aumento inicial de revelaciones como posible señal de confianza. La evidencia permite orientar un futuro piloto ecuatoriano, no afirmar eficacia local ni resultados pre–post inexistentes.
